So this car was previously LewisH's, and I've done a few bits in the past 2 or 3 months I've had this, full re spray and cutting out rusty arches and welding in new metal, it was really quite bad, 8.5x17 front wheels, 10x17 rears, rivet on arches, and type r steering wheel, few other bits coming soon.

Yea the new arches are raised, it a little heavier driving, but I somehow like how planted and steady the car feels now, not as go kart like as before when on the type s rims which I believe were 16x6.5?

I just really liked these kind of arches and I tried to find for ages on google and didn't really seem like anyone did it

I potentially wanna go lower, so there's plenty of arch cut away underneath, just thinking whether to go for a lower profile tyre and to sacrifice comfort
