Re: The OEM Prelude
I've emailed, with pictures, the chap, at Honda in York that organised all the bodywork.
It is a pearl paint, does that make it very tricky to match up colours?
The rear wheel arch on that side was the one sorted for rust, so I assume they re sprayed that rear quarter, they did the boot lid as well due to lacquer peel/crazy paving.
I'll await a reply.
I can see it now in the picture with the Door Defender as well. definite colour step.

Re: The OEM Prelude
Couple more pictures which I've sent on to Marshall Honda for them to liase with the Bodyshop they use.
Wonder if they'll fight me on this, or what excuses they may offer??
The age of the paint should be irrelevent??
I think I was just so happy to get the Prelude back that my critical faculties did not kick in!! (that'll teach me).

Re: The OEM Prelude
Marshall Honda got back to me and agreed it needs sorting. Just awaiting a response from the bodyshop.
Thanks guys for being eagle eyed and pointing out, what appears to me now, the blindingly obvious. No point trying to convince myself it's a trick of the light, hehe.

Re: The OEM Prelude
No news from the bodyshop..
Quick update with a purchase made via the forum, (I do feel rather fortunate to have got these rare kick plates)
A really classy touch me thinks, very pleased indeed.
