Tyres have now landed. Too bad it is absolutely chucking it down outside to even think about trying them out.
Against Rattys advice I went for 215/40 in the end. The offer on these was too good to pass up.

Apologies for the potato pic but I couldn't wait!
The wheels rub both front and back on full lock. I'm assuming on the back it will be the rear bumper tab. I need to check the front.
