Not been to a meet in a few years, used to see a few arise on Ozhonda but don't bother there too much, all Facebook nowadays but Ozhonda was for sure the biggest in it's time and would still have shed loads going on in the forum with meets and the likes.
The Japanese Classic Car Show And Shine was a great event but it seems to have faded off too,i'll keep an eye out on the clubs i frequent,if you see anything decent let me know
When i get the other one going we'd have 3,thats a mini meet

Re: Stuffs happened
Quick little update on this one...
Over the past few weeks of having it I haven't spent much time working on it as work has been pretty flat out but i have managed a few jobs on the weekend and this week.
First thing I did was fitted some snazzy LED park lights as both were blown, these may be swapped to the rear number plate soon as my left hand park light lense has fallen off but I have some replacements in mind which I might just order now
Also got some parts to cure the oil leak, so on Sunday afternoon I did the following..
New rocker cover gasket and plug seals
New distributor o ring/seal
New alloy cam cap in red
I thought it best to do the valve clearances at the same time so it's running a bit better and after a few days of using int I can confirm my (biggest) oil leak is sorted
Sadly didn't take any photos of the process as I did it on the drive in the dark and rain and was not hangin about as my back was in pieces after that and a day of making edging for the garden
But here's a pic of it with its new engine cover on!

WTF is that rocker cover about?!
Also, just seen your response on previous page about 4ws... the link to a download of the service manuals is on the forum, in the wiki lude section - versions complete with click on links to move between sections etc.
Did you get the 4ws sorted?

On the 4ws subject I have decided that its of no use to me even if it wAs working so I have got me a 2ws rear subframe and toe arms so I can get rid of it...
Fitted these Amber corners too..
Still trying to work out if I like em and they have been on it about 3 weeks Think black headlights and amber indicators would work better too...
The bumper is off as I'm fitting a new front lip should be on soon..

Re: 2ws converted, accord front lip and good clean
Got abit done on the old girl this week, started about Wednesday by removing the front bumper and getting the accord lip I got from the wreckers to fit, was a pretty good fit, was a little fiddly but over all I think it looks ok, if your looking you can tell it's not quite right..
Friday I got up early and removed the trim below the rear window that was rusty , took it to work and give it a good clean up, prime and paint...
This little bit of TLC has made a good difference visually..
Saturday I had off so I borrowed the hoist at work and swapped the 4ws rear subframe and arms for 2ws bits I got from the wreckers, give it a full wheel alignment which means it's at least driving straight now
This morning I stripped the 4ws wiring loom out from front to rear, as well as the ECU.. After that I give it a much needed clean and polish...
Starting to look slit tale better now and the ambers are growing on me
also fitted some kenwood rear speakers as the originals were blown to bits but now the front two have blown so need some in the front too..
Next on the list get the Windows re tinted at some point and maybe get the dents removed..
The engine is not sounding to healthy after the 300,000kms it's now done
There's a nasty rattle from the engine at 2-3k revs, now I've done the valve clearances 3 times the last time using the specs from the service manual and well they are noisier than the first time I did them with crappy feelers which seemed too tight anyway the noise I'm hearing is in the top of the engine and doesn't sound good at all...
H22 swap is on the cards
