I'm back and attended a car show.

I was scared my brakes wouldn't be that great as they were rusty, but was fine and made it to Japfest and back.

Quick pictures where I met up with S660 people.

Then managed to blend in with them at their stand.

And one with the LudeGen stand so I can say I attend meets.

Need to get my paint work sorted as there are some defects on there, brakes will need replacing as they're not as good as they're supposed to be and also try and put some of the JDM goodies I've been holding for years.

If you get the chance, have a look at my YouTube videos of this Prelude:

MOT passed for another year with some advisories. Mainly the rust underneath the car which I will need to sort out for future.

Main goal is to keep the car in good condition, keep on top of maintenance and drive it more.

Will also need to sort out a full exhaust system as the current one has holes and heavily corroded.

Can't believe how many yellow 5th gens there were - they seemed to be all over the place!
As well as trying to focus on Honda and Preludes, I sense a strong attempt to focus on cars where Ratty was in shot...

(Got the club name wrong in the video text  )

But nice work, Nitin. Get the prelude love out there

Here's a little video of the rust underneath the car.. I was not going to post this video and pretend my car is the cleanest but better to show the reality..

My plan this year is to get the rust sorted and also a new exhaust. I have the Honda Access Muffler so that will go on at some point along with new mid-piping.

It looks like a lot of work to sort this out. Quicker the better. I've just done mine. It wasn't as bad as yours but I've removed whole suspension and fuel tank, where I found a lot more rust. Shotblasted all of rusty spots then reactive primer, epoxy primer, a good layer of raptor and 10littes of vaxoil all around. I also ended up with new fuel tank. When weather gets better I'll remove front wings and will treat the same way whats underneath them.

My car was fine untill I parked her for about 2 years. All this happened from not using her.

Yes this year I will want to spend all the car monies on the Prelude rather then the new daily.

This is what I've been driving since pandemic days while the prelude was off road for a while. I have got both cars on the road but I don't drive the prelude much as it's too precious for me rather then the new civic.

I wanted to make a new thread of the civic but I will just post pics of it here as I don't plan to do anything to it.
