That does indeed look like the kind of plug that would go to EL dials, but if it's right down under the dash near the fuse box, it wouldn't reach.

I'll have a poke about on my bb4 today to see if I can suss out what it might be from.

Wanting to get some painting done, but can't find the paint code in the door jam, or on the plate in the engine bay.

Would I be right in saying the colour code for this Prelude is NH538 (Frost White) ?

Yep, it should be Frost White. When I had it fully resprayed, I also requested that it was clearcoated. When Adam had rear arches done, he said they struggled to match the paint as they thought the rest of it had a bit of a blue tinge to it? Maybe that's the clearcoat, maybe it's a slightly off mix when it was painted for me.

There are so many varients of frost white. I really struggle to sew how some bodyshop operate with colour match. Most don't use a paint scheme and just get a local motor factors to mix the paint insist of doing it themselves and getting a close match.

Hopefully with the colour code they'll mix it up correctly

So not anything happening with Midge really.

I've gotten the front bumper and splitter off the track Prelude, and that's going in on Monday to be painted Frost White, and it'll replace the one currently on this girl. This will give me time to get the fiberglass splitter repaired and repainted. I'm considering keeping the replacement bumper and splitter on her though, as the splitter isn't quite as low, and is more flexible, so bends, rather than breaking.......

Could always get bumper with fibreglass splitter repaired and painted Emerald Green for the track car.....

Speaking of track car....

Next weekend (22 September), I'll be taking Midge to a meet at Henstridge airfield, where we're allowed to use the runway for running our cars up and done. Should be fun to see how she does :D

Impressive amount of work in a small space of time, I don't know how you manage it?

If there is a secret about how to deal with the wife and the prelude you will have to let us know what it is!
