Finally got the steering wheel on
I had to buy the quick release to be able to fit it as the wheel wouldn't go on with just the short hub as the main bolt got in the way. Dont judge hahaha

Hey buddy, I noticed the vtec sign under your side markers.
Do you happen to know if that genuine? Do other Ludes have that?

Hey Edson, I added those when I owned the car. They're genuine Honda parts bought from ebay.
They're only on other ludes if the owner has added them. I don't think any came out the factory like that. :D

I have a huge amount of pictures of the car at different stages of my ownership. Too many to send via email.
At some point when I have a little time, I'll put them on a CD and send them to you snail mail. ;)

You are a brilliant man. Cannot wait for those.
Once I have the arches done I will send some pics to you or I can come and show you the car in person.
Got loads to do still.

Few little things while I have the time,

Polished the front windscreen with a kit off of amazon.
It had 1000's of scratches and swirl marks all over it which made it un-driveable in the dark when lights came towards you. Very messy and long winded work but saved me £300 on a new windscreen, would recommend it and looks as clean as a new one now. Very happy

Replaced the rear light gaskets from america just for the sake of it.

Painted the rear calipers, bit rushed but also fitted EBC Red stuff pads once dried.

Just catching up with this thread.
Absolute bummer after tracking down and buying your old lude, to have it smashed up by someone else - absolutely can't believe you got £7k agreed value for a 4g! Amazing!
Would have been an easy repair for sure (in fact, if they valued it at £7k, I'm amazed it was written off rather than repaired). Did you ever see which breakers yard it went to? I can't say I noticed it pop up on ebay.
I also didn't know @Pushki had sold his lude (I caught up with him about 2.5 years ago, after he'd moved from creepy crawley and wasn't active on the forum, which was nice - as you say, he's a lovely guy) but glad to see it's gone to a good home and is getting a lot of love
Also great to see you still dropping in and keeping tabs here now pushki - hope all's well.
