Proper underseal is a pain. I know something about it. I still didn't finished mine. But I have removed absolutely everything from underneath and shotblasted any corrosion. I had to find new fuel tank as the original one was not leaking until I treated it with blasting grit and then it turned into a sieve. Also I made loads of smaller and bigher brackets out of stainless stiil and used flanged stainless bolts where possible. All covered with wax during assembly. I know it will wear out but I can always reapply.

Materials I used:
epoxy primer (approx 2.5ltr),
raptor bedliner (4ltr),
chassis paint (2.5ltr) for suspension,
Mastic (1kg),
Waxoil (2.5ltr)
Cost and time? I don't wanna know...

I have a few more suspension parts to clean and paint but weather isn't helping.

I wish I'll never have to do this again

Yep i did get a quote of £650 for a company to do - which seemed ok but being a bit short of cash decided to do the underseal myself - plus i prefer to do things myself anyway - but it was a hard task even with it being a rust free fresh import.
Ive heard good things about the raptor bedliner but went with bilt hamber as i have used it before.
Im glad i did the work but i never want to do it again - doing a clutch & flyheel and poly engine mounts change (took me 8 hours) seems a pleasant easy job when compare to doing the underseal

MOT pass with no advisories. 83000km
Oil change
Rear fog light wired up - thanks to Merlin who helped with this.

Need to chase down some oil leaks with one on the cambelt side being the priority
