Man, what a ballache.

This does remind me of my first car however, an epic Cavalier.
Something felt and sounded off, went round the back of the car and thought a badger had stuck it's head up my exhaust. The cat had disintegrated, then the wadding had been blown out the back box and I'd been dragging about a metre of it down the road. Stay classy!

WoW!! that is epic CAT failure! I removed my rear CAT's on the Elgrand (it has quad CAT's) for this reason, they are known to do it.

Once its all sorted are you looking for ~260-270hp? Sorry I haven't kept up to date on your build specifics.

Tbf I had no problem when they did my coating, looks so weird in the engine bay now :shifty:
If it looks like jobby and smells like jobby it probably is jobby!

That's like asking if I prefer nail gunning my own eyes or sliding down a razor blade

Wrapping - To be fair to ME (and I know it wasn't a dig don't worry)
I don't think anybody else would have spent so much time on that wrapping. These manifolds are a pig to do and impossible to fully individually wrap the primaries simply due to no space between them.
You can see how far I went down on each primary and then also the Y joints back. The rest is then group wrapped but overlaid by a good 4 inches over the individual stuff. That last "group wrap" starts at the top of the last primary and is then carried on to the group wrap without a join. Takes planning and time ;)
