Many thanks to all of you for the nice words, and the provided feedback.

The whole project took almost a full year. I'm afraid however I don't have photos of all the things I have changed.

0.5 psi yellow spring, 0.7 psi actual boost.

Sure, I agree. I won't put a bigger one however because:
- I want to keep the stock look and retain the usability.
- I won't go over 400 whp as the car will become too tricky for daily driving.
But yes, if it was possible (considering the above) I would have inserted a bigger cooler. This one is rated for up to 400 whp.
Note that it is 90mm (3.54") in depth!
gb-lude wrote:The turbo can do more but you might have to upgrade the wastegate and injectors.
Why so? The wastegate can keep up to 1.7 bar which would produce whp way over my maximum target. Combining black + red spring is all I need.
As to the injectors, why do you think that 780cc would not be enough? They should be able to keep up with about 500 crankshaft hp @ 85% duty cycle.

I understand the IC and your power goals.
You are right about the current power output, I thought the wastegate and injectors would max out at around 450 whp.
I have tried calculating it myself but after some reading and my tuner recommended to get the bigger wastegate I did sure yours is fine for 500.
I disagree about the injectors, it will be at or close to 100% dc around 500 hp @crank.
but again, it's fine at the moment, it's not your goal to go higher.
jealous of your curve!
Respect you kept the PS, ABS and even the Aircon :D

Thanks once again. Everything is setup on the conservative side - rpm limiter, timing, afr, etc.
Next things planned include thermal insulation for the engine hood, heat wrap for the exhaust manifold, and the thermal foil for the AC pipes. I will have to control all that heat somehow at the summer.
