Image Get ready, I hope you like pics !

Hi everybody,

In addition of my presentation, here is my BB9 prelude from the day I bought it to today !

This one was my first car, a corolla 1.4 88Ch liftback (first time with japanese cars :hail: ) :

(this is the right one  )

and the Prelude, just after the purchase :

I replaced the catalytic converter :
Image
Image
how shiny it was 4 years ago 8-)
Then a guy sold his Prelude for parts, so... I bought a black leather interior !

The driver seat needed a little sewing...
Image
Image
I disassembled the seat to remove the leather part :

Image
Image
Image
Image
F***ing little metal circles !
Image
Image
Image
Why is the foam subsiding ?
Image
Nearer, foam is torn :

After repair the leather needed to be cleaned :
Image
Marseilles soap !
Black is practical as you can't see it's dirty !
Image
The cleaned part is already clean, gloss isn't :
Image
final result :

I applied Meguiar's gold class cuir to protect.

OEM Honda fog lights :

My doorsills, obviously not the original ones but those were made by a guy who could laser-cut aluminium plates :

Here is my H23 intake header :

after a bit of cleaning :

Image
The F20A4 intake was quite clean, barely a little oil...

Engine bay with all the marks
Image
and the #£¤~$% gasket !!! Took me hours to remove it....
Image

Finally fitted :

Nice plugs

I also replaced my clutch master/slave (it leaked) because it gave my trouble to shift correctly :
the fluid I removed from the tank :

Nice work, especially with the seats. 8-)
I did something similar with my seats. The evil little metal circles I replaced with cable ties. :ugeek:

Front upper strut bar (Megan racing, quality  ) :

the fitting of the rear one is not really "plug'n'play" :
Image
to give an idea of the metal amount I had to remove (I love my grinder  ) to fit this bar (normally the 2 circles were concentric) :

H-shapped holes :

done !

perfect !

Koni shocks (-2cm front, -1.5cm rear)
