Some nice few bits there Is the baffled catch can not a bit overkill though? Or do you plan on locating it somewhere other than between the PCV and the inlet manifold? And is there a reason for the extended studs? Genuine questions
I have another valve cover that I intend to moon cut for the cam gears I installed. As well as either add an AN fitting onto the corner of the valve cover (nearest the intake) replacing the current one. I have an enlarged port on a new intake manifold I have, so the catch can will go from the vc to the catch can to intake manifold.
Which extended studs? I have them on both the intake and exhaust manifolds.
The exhaust manifold studs were damaged. The only reason I didn't get new ones from Honda is because these extended ones were supposed to be rust-resistant. Turns out that was a lie...
As for the intake manifold studs - I added a Rosko gasket between the head and manifold. Figured I would just install new, stronger/longer studs to make up for the difference. New studs makes it much easier to remove everything since i've got so much going on down beneath it.

Thanks for the compliments!
Driving without power steering isn't bad at all. Only noticeable when parking in tight spots.
But I still have it installed for when I feel like using it
