Hi everyone, this is my car that I've been building since 2 years.
Till the end of 2012 it was still a N/A project with 240hp H22 engine, but I've sold the engine and bought sth a bit newer - F22B obd2 1999 and boosted it
The setup for now looks like that :
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION :
F22B JDM obd2 1999
- magnetic oil drain plug
- lightened flywheel 4.3kg
- Energy Suspension engine mount inserts
- additional slim cooler fan sth like SPAL
- VMS wires, NGK spark plugs
- hybrid gearbox made of U2Q7 & U2N4
- LSD from U2Q7
- XTD STAGE3 clutch
- power steering cooler cut out
INTAKE :
- RBT Custom Intake manifold (one bigger chamber, no IAB&EGR)
- FMIC 550x180cm
- BOV Greddy Type RZ
- 2,5" intake piping by Empire Racing
- MBC Turbosmart
- HKS air filter
- Walbro fuel pump 255lph
- Mitsubishi injectors 400cc
- Fuel Pressure Regulator TOMEI
EXHAUST :
- 2.5" hi-flow custom exhaust by Empire Racing
- 3" downpipe by Empire Racing
- TD05 turbocharger (EVO VI RS)
- custom exhaust manifold for twinscroll turbo by Empire Racing
- all exhaust pipes heatwrapped
ECU & Electronics :
- P28 Crome Tuned ECU
- AutoGauge LED series gauges (oil temp, oil press, coolant temp)
- Apexi EL II gauges (EGT and Boost)
SUSPENSION :
- TEIN HA coilovers
- 1cm wheel spacers each side
- longer wheel studs
BRAKES :
- front bigbrake kit 4pot Brembo with 302mm rotors
- rear bigbrake custom by RBT with 290mm rotors
- custom steel braided brake lines
- ABS fully cut out
EXTERIOR/INTERIOR, JDM Gadgets etc :
- 17x9 Volk Rays Evolution with 235/45 semislicks front and 225/45 rear
- engine bay and engine - refurbished and painted
- fender flares
- battery to trunk conversion
- Type R style front lip
- Accord coupe USDM rear lip
- custom red-white rear lights
- usdm rear license plate
- JDM window visors
- USDM red corner lights/side markers front and rear
- JDM 3rd brake lamp
- Mugen style shift knob
- racing black suede steering wheel
- gt-r style bucket racing driver's seat
Best ET 1/4 mile - 13.2 at 14psi of boost
