has any one had thier non working 4ws turn whilst they have been driving ...
as i cannot see honda making a car and selling it in the usa if when it failed it would turn on its own ?

Yes I have, in my old blue Motegi 4WS. The light was on and I tried everything to fix it. Tried resetting ecu, swapping ecu, resetting ecu etc. It came down to front steering wheel sensor needed to be replaced but didn't have time for that. Try and diagnose your 4ws problem first. It may turn out that you may only need a reset. :)

When 4WS is not working and with enough force the rear wheel will turn. It is a bit scary and dangerous not only to you but to the rest of the people around you.

sorry if i put htis in another thread dealer did plug in today have
DTCs of
50 actual rear steering angle too high
20 front Main/sub steering angle sensor outputs unequal . ????
car had an aftermarket steering wheel on it , i put s2000 steering wheel on today and cut the notch out for 4 ws
