You can use any detergent for the purpose, same as applying window tints. A spray-bottle using water mixed with 2-3 drops of baby lotion also works brilliantly. As Nitin said, the wrap on the rear spoiler really ties it with the front hood spoiler.

..I wonder how much it'd cost for a real carbon insert piece to be made?? :think:

@honda-hardy have you got any info on the pipe you used such as a link or specs? I assume it already have an curve in it? I need to replace mine and I would prefer not to waste money through trial and error!

I used 76mm internal diameter silicon hose at a 45 degree angle. However the angle is more than 45 degrees as it kinks slightly so perhaps go for a 60 degree bend instead. Also don't use cheap hose. It sucks in on itself under load.
