if your getting the heated sensor light that can mean the cat has started to collapse it could also mean the sensor isnt plugged in thats if a uk cat has been fitted or a decat?

This is before the cat though. I'm on obd1, with only the single lambda sensor. So whether I run with cat or test pipe it makes no no difference.

Sorry munted double post there.
Just noticed cel code 401 means egr valve or fast idle .
This fits symptoms. Could be a eureka moment.
The light bulb of my brain gently glows and...
Tomorrow, another approach .

Prince is dead!
Global funk deficit!
All hands to the decks!

Update

CEL now out for a fortnight after splicing in a Bosch LsF X50 from this guy on eBay;

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RANGE-ROVER-L ... Sw~OdVfFhu

-after much trawling through old posts and reading of Lukiwukis success on here .

You have to cut plug off obviously and use connector block to splice onto your Honda plug but so far so good .

Car is happy, warms up quicker and has it's familiar raspy exhaust tone back.

Planar type interesting, read about them ...

Cheers

You said (last Summer) that you'd just broken your lude and had some bits left.

Is this still the case?

Regards

Dan
