Hashiriya=street racer in Japanese San is what they use from my understanding is Mr but it's always backwards so Hashiriya San.
Touge came from the Japanese mountain passes the rules normally involve 2 cars and whichever pulls away wins, or draw if the other car sits behind the other etc... check out Touge showdown for an explanation.
Wangan=Bay View and you see the high speed Wangan runs with Supras and Skylines on the expressways near the sea.
Kanjo is a form of street racing involving 1 make of car the Honda Civic and Kanjo comes from the Expressway in Japan which is known as the Kanjo Loop. All are quite historic and important parts of the Japanese car scene.
