It was great, just I bottled it, kept waiting for it to understeer and go into the wall but it didn't, tyres didn't even squeak, max I managed was 40mph round the bends. If there was more run off I'd have loved to push it more, but after seeing the E36 spank the wall, I thought i'd play it safe lol

I literally sat on the grass thinking 'just give it some already!'...but you never did lol. I can't blame you after the e46 incident. I'm kinda assuming that is heading for the scrappy!

They are gonna rebuild it apparently, but not sure it will ever drive straight again

Whats the point? It will cost more to rebuild than it will cost for a replacement e46 and mods (By mods, I mean the paintwork and the welding)...

They were gonna turbo it but delayed it to do Skeggy, problem is it wasn't the owner driving when it spanked the wall. So I guess as the guy who spanked it is a mechanic kinda does have to fix it or find a new shell.

Shame though cos it produced a lot of smoke, apparently it's only a 325, but none of the Norfolk school cars get that much smoke and they have the same engines, so dunno if it had something altered

Yeah, think it was the younger lad in the pink shirt who owned it. He looked gutted...
The other guy should pay but I don't think they will fix it. I'd scrap it personally.
I know they want to go sideways, but sideways with control would be nice. It's not like they are hard to pick up for a couple hundred...
