Lude Generation

Afternoon!

I've bought my first Honda yesterday, a Gen5 Prelude, 2.0 Sport Auto. Nothing fancy, but is a tidy car for its age. A few quick pics from the dealer. I've not had a chance to detail it yet, but it sure needs it. Put fuel in last night, hologram city










It has a few niggles I need to sort (rattle from driver side when going over potholes, stone guard fouling on brake disc passenger front, new D&P all round, window runners sticking on passenger window) and it'll be peachy.

I'm a total Honda noob, so it's taking some getting used to. Totally different drive to my Vectra which the wife now has (2006 CDTi SRi Nav XP).

Going to do as much of the work as possible myself to keep the costs down (to save for goodies), already building a list of things I'd like to do (single tailpipe instead of twin, wind deflectors, other OEM+ type mods). Toying with the idea of a wheel colour change (am thinking white). I'm definitely reversing the wood trim the original owner had fitted (at great cost, I have the receipts lol) so will hunt down replacements or I may wrap them. Leather would be nice, but the velour is toasty warm
