I have a 1993 2.2 v tec uk . it has an induction kit, straight through exhaust and manifold. Also its been lowered. Tyres are all sorted, full racing slicks. Any advice on how to make it faster? Tips would be much appreciated. Many thanks.

Are you both telling him to take bits off the car or go on a diet? Your posts can be read as both.

How much weight do u lose by stripping out the interior . l have leather seats which must add a lot. Anyone know how much a roll cage would cost ?

take everything out of the car except your seat
You should also think about your brakes aswell, its the first thing i attacked on my car (not track car just road Car) new calipers with grooved and dimpled discs and new good quality pads, the longer you can leave it till you have to brake means your at full chat for longer

There's no off the shelf roll cage for the prelude so your looking at around £1k or more, don't expect to get one 2nd hand either. There's so few around :(

Best things I can recommend is to remove the pas and fit a m2b4 gearbox for the lsd, power is nothing without control.
Also some atr calipers with ferodo ds2500 pads and stock pagid disc would be perfect.

Lightened flywheel, cams and mappable ECU.
