Hi all.
I have owned my grey 3rd gen 1990 prelude dual carb manuall 2.0 ex. Proper poverty spec non painted bumpers.
It's had a serious amount of money spent on it mostly at main dealer.
I will post some pics soon. It's my daily driver at the moment.
It has a few issues, clicking driveshaft and annoying sticking auto choke. I will post the auto choke issue in the relevant section, I'm going to need some advice to fix it.

Welcome to the club mate. Poverty spec or not, it's still a great car
Hopefully your clicky driveshafts are just a CV joint(s). Got one to sort myself

Wow! 13's! I need to see a picture of that!
The clicking aerial just means it's not extending fully, but the motor is still winding as if it was. It's either bent or corroded and seizing. You could try using some penetrating oil on it, or if it's bent very carefully try straightening it.

Tried that, but thanks anyway. I think the mech must be worn out. It doesnt go all the way down either.
Lol yeah 13s but not in a good way, like lowered and 10" wide or anything like that. I mean 13" steels with 185/70R13 tyres! Yes 70 side walls! Had to buy one recently and they said they hadnt had need for them for about 10 years lol, had to be ordered in.

Welcome.
I think it looks nice, poverty spec or not.
Btw, 4th gen poverty spec ludes are generally referred to as being the 'special lightweight edition'

You could always go for the same?
