Bring an exhaust to Isle of Wight anyone! Free coffee in it.

Hi all,
I have neglected the site since my first post back in early August but have been sorting a complete exhaust to fit a 1995 BB4. The garage knackered the old on putting the steering rack on that wurley and acacei were so helpful with. (To be fair to garage it was getting a bit old)
I now have one organised, again with wurlycorner's help, and am trying to find the quickest way to get it here (far south of Isle of Wight) Yes, I know, we do have flush toilets here, but I can see why anyone wouldn't cruise down here on a whim :)
Mind you.....everyone shoots over to Cowes or Newport for the festivals and only see the north of the island, which can be, well.......semi derelict  Well Ryde and falldown (sorry Sandown) are a bit sad. Our dear, now I've annoyed three quarters of my fellow islanders. Stop digging man. But..... down in the sub tropical undercliff in the deep south around Niton and St Lawrence, hell we're practically in the Med. Great place to visit in your Prelude with an exhaust wrapped around your neck. :) and..... you get a free coffee. ;) and maybe some expenses as long as you don't fly down here in a goddam Lear. (Yes, we do have fields where the odd bi-plane lands each month) :)

Oh well, seriously folks, we do need this exhaust so if anyone is headed our way it would be enormously appreciated. We were so lucky with Acacie and his very tolerant family for squashing the rack and box in his car along with holiday things and his dog back in August.

I should add the exhaust is in bits (downpipe +cat in one piece, mid section in another piece and backbox in another) so it's easy enough to get into a car :D

It needs to go from Chelmsford.
If it could even get to Soton, I'm sure Andy or someone like that would take it in?

I live in Southampton. I'm free Thursday evenings to Tuesday lunchtimes. I could either drive over, once in possession, or foot passenger with the items to Cowes. This only leaves logistics of items coming into my possession. I could drive up the M3 and M25 to meet wurly, preferably at a services mid-point (ish) or they could be posted to me. Assuming they'd fit in the boot of a 3g, of course. If I drove over, I'd probably make a weekend of it.

Fwiw I'm probably driving to Southampton from near Brighton circa 17th November if that's of use to the chain!

Where is the 'zorst at the mo? Is it with Wurly?

JJ, do you mean Brighton, itself, or Newhaven, for the benefit of those whose knowledge of the south coast is 'challenged'?

I actually mean Seaford, which is about 6 minutes from Newhaven and 20 minutes from brighton :) I just haven't updated my location since I moved house

Did I hear a rumour that @wurlycorner was going to be at Brandon's on Sunday?
If so, I could perhaps pick up the bits and either get them to @prelude91 or find another way onto the island.

Thanks, jj, that's cool, could meet you part way on the A27 and handover, if the items come into your possession. Sailor, that's also cool by me, is Brandon local, too?
