what should I do with my 4G

Post by Biggsy73 » Thu Jul 28, 2016 9:48 am

Hi, just new here...
My question is, what should I do with my prelude?
After many years of missing my 3G lude, I bought myself a4G 2.3i 4ws in white. My query is what to do with it? Should I keep her original or customise her?? (Opinions greatfully accepted )!
She has a bit of danage to the front bumper (new one required ) and a little repair work needed to the back arches but in general she's a good old girl just needing a little TLC...
Thanks, I'll await your ideas before I start...Brian!

hey bud,

depends what you want to do with it, is she a A-B car, a weekend fun drive, a track car or a combination?

personally i would start a thread here and give her some much needed tlc, servicing (by yourself if poss) and keep her mint 8-)

either way, get some pics up :D

Cheers pal. Was thinking of original myself... possibly the classic route but wasn't sure of the status/ numbers left, value etc... I'm just out of hospital so I'll get pics asap, including the ouch! (Any suggestions on bumper sales?)

Keep it as original as possible. As Drax said, get a thread going and the gurus on this site will give you the direction you're looking for. Love to see some shots when you're up and about. ;)

Welcome. Look forward to seeing the car.
2.3 ludes are very rare now and I think it's a great engine 8-)

Keeping it mostly original with some slight modern twists would be the best. Make sure it's all running correct first and then go ahead and spend as much as you can. Beautiful machines and rare on the road. And welcome to the club.
