Hello! Fellow Honda lover looking for Prelude help/parts!

Hi Chaps.

I just registered so I thought I'd say hi. Currently have 3 Hondas on the drive - my CRX turbo which is off the road for the winter, a daily drive EP3 for cheap winter thrills and a mates 5th gen Prelude which needs some TLC. I carried out the turbo conversion on the CRX myself, and bought the EP3 with a hole in the block and put a new lump in it on a gravel driveway! Hopefully that qualifies me as 'knowing my onions!', and should help me gain some help here with the issue that the Prelude has.

I'm after a set of OBD2 H22 injectors to try and remedy the fault - the car doesn't start very well, if at all sometimes but once it's running it runs well. The plugs are wet when pulled and the car starts ok once they're clean and dry - my hunch is that one or more injectors aren't seating properly and it's dumping the fuel system pressure into the cylinders.

Any thoughts?

Welcome
Why so? Once it's running it drives 100% - I'd expect to see something else spark related or the tacho going bonkers if the ICM was starting to play up?

Fitted a replacement set of injectors, IACV and ECT last night and it fired up spot on this morning.

Cheers to newkid for sorting parts very quickly!

Hopefully the owner of the car will be along shortly to join in the fun!

@peely Did you get a set of OBDII injectors? I have a spare set if you are still looking?
