Lude Generation

Hi Thought i would introduce myself
I have just purchased my second 5th Gen prelude I had a blue 99 2.0i a while back and always promised myself another one when the right one came along
The right one has come along its another 2.0i but an auto this time in red Its just completed the Crumball Rally through France The guy i bought it off bought it off a couple who had bought plane tickets home and planned to scrap it in Nice but the guy knew it was to good to scrap so bought it and drove it home to Great Yarmouth trouble free
I spotted it on Ebay and had a bid and won it. I love it it drives fantastic with only 76000 miles on it. It Got me back to Manchester ( nearly 300 miles) without any fuss what so ever
There are a couple of small issues the boot lid torsion bars wont keep the lid up for some reason? (any one any ideas? )
needs a front indicator lens (ordered off ebay £23) and the air con needs gassing
One strange thing i have noticed, it only has 4 stud wheels, my other one had 5 stud Could it be an import??
Finally can some one tell me how to add pics ?

welcome! glad the lude could be saved from scrap.

I believe the 4 stud setup came on the ludes that had the F series engines (2.0), all the h22 series came with the 5 lug.

wow thats to the moon and back mileage is it about 220,000 miles? I have an old merc 220 coupe with 150,000 miles its currently got a blown head gasket which is gunna cost a few quid I may sell it and cut my losses I love this Lude it drives much smoother than the Merc and its faster!! lol

haha yah about 215-220,000 miles.
