Names Kevin. I’m from the United States. Just got a 2000 Prelude 5spd base a couple weeks ago in immaculate condition. One owner and was JRSC at one point. Full Mugen exhaust, good car good parts. Only issue I have is my emissions monitors never staying on ready/complete. Have replaced backup fuse, checked the ECU fuse. I have a OBD scanner, that’s how I know the monitors keeps resetting. No CELs whatsoever, no driveability issues just can’t get past emissions. The previous owner did install an in-line switch to the ecu to reset without having to exit the car. Today I will check that wire and make sure the switch isn’t broken or the wiring isn’t either. Any insight would be useful.
