Hi everyone, I'm new to this site. But not to Preludes. We've owner our import bb4 for about 10 years. My wife loves it and refuses to sell it, regardless of repair cost. Mostly I do the work myself. But parts are becoming harder to source.
We are having problems finding sparkplug leads. The Honda part number is 32700-P0F-405. Main dealer no longer stock them. Could anyone help with this? Motor factors lead sets appear to be about 2cm too short on the bit that goes through the head to the sparkplug or am I missing something? I've Google searched alot. But find very little information on the H22A engine. Any help would be very gratefully received.

I ordered some off eBay and found 1 lead to be far too taught for comfort.

If you can't get a set, you can buy the HT lead by the meter and then simple crimp on the connectors... Not ideal but it's what I'd do after ordering a couple of sets unsuccessfully. eBay should have some, buy you might have to do some detective work to ensure the lengths.

Hey, thanks for the quick response. It's not the length of the leads that are the problem. It's the hard plastic part that clips onto the sparkplug thats too short to reach the plugs. I can't have the only import Prelude with this problem, there's plenty of others on the road, so they must be getting their leads from somewhere?

Here is a picture of my issue, the leads on my car are almost 2 cms deeper than the standard 11cm depth. Thanks to Vanzep for the information about the set on eBay. I have ordered them, so fingers crossed everything will be ok. I'll add some pictures of the car after it's had a good clean. My wife uses it as her daily driver and loves the fact it's underestimated by many, she loves to blow others out the water with it 8)

:) They will be the right size/right part. Ive got a set of them on my BB1.
I still have the original HT leads that i took off and they tested ok and are same size as one shown in your pic so if there are issues you can have them. ;)
