Hello folks. I’m new to this site with a view to becoming a former Prelude owner! Yes, I’m selling my beloved 1995 Prelude which I have owned since new. It seems that most of the users here are mainly concerned with high spec or limited edition Preludes so I feel like a poor relation with only a 2.0i to offer. Whether you are interested in buying or not, I’m keen to hear any comments or advice you may have.

welcome to LG and yes of course everyone likes high spec with vtec and JDM goodness etc that is what i have always driven for the last 22+ years. however.......
3 or 4 years ago i bought an mot fail 2 litre ukdm 4th gen and fixed it up and sold it on to a friend. I was surprised at how good it was but shouldnt have been as it is the same car underneath and the 2 litre engine is good - it is only when you get into the narrow power band between 5500rpm and 8000rpm that the vtec engine shows its full advantage.
Your car looks well looked after so why are you selling it?

Thanks for the reply vanzep. I'm selling because I have retired now and I don’t need a second car. With the rapid rise in the cost of living, I no longer wish to pay tax, MOT, insurance and servicing costs. I hardly use it now and I'd rather see it go to someone who will use it and appreciate it rather than have it sit in my garage.
