Congrats on the Lude. The BB3 is an excellent car and the F20a4 is no couch potatoe but VTEC is where its at and your BB4 is teh SEX! Love the colour.

With the rust if its near the window etc you need to remove the stripping, rub back the rust to bare metal with 120grit, then 180grit and then 400grit. Apply some rust converter like Hydrate80 into any pits and allow to dry for 1hr and then apply in the other direction and allow to dry.
Spray the area with etch primer and dry, followed by normal primer and 1500 back, then paint and then lacquer.
Primers and paints are pourous so rust will return unless sealed with a overcoat.
