Hi,

Finally decided to register, I am located in greater Manchester. Have a 1999 ruby red pearl 5g 2.2vti, yes it's an auto (till the transmission give out).

Have had the car since 2019. So far it's got..
invidia q300 cat back for last 4 years, original exhaust rusted to hell and fell off.

Tein flex z coil overs - rear struts gave up a year ago.

Jdi push start - since the ignition switch became faulty and sourcing a replacement during COVID was proving hard.

Arches have been stripped and new metal welded in then car given full respray.

Motegi front and rear lips, have the skirts not fitted yet as I think the sills will need welding first.

Honey comb grill with prelude badge.

Rear window and quarters lightly tinted.

This is my daily now relegated to weekend/leisurely driving car, hopefully will be a kind of restomod project, as I plant to replace with uprated or modern parts where possible. My current daily driver being a 2019 lexus gsf

Welcome to the forums, Mali. That sounds like a fairy rare colour you have there. Fire a picture up if you can.
Everyone here is super helpful and the information everyone shares is invaluable.

Look forward to hopefully seeing some pics and hearing more about it as things go on :D

These are from when the coil overs were fitted about a year ago. Initially was too low exhaust mid scraped every bump and incline/decline, have raised it since by about 15mm improved but, not quite found the perfect ride height, any suggestions?

She looks excellent. I slammed my one when I first fitted my coilovers and it scraped on everything.
I just raised it tad a few times using a vernier calipers until I could go over speed bumps without scraping my exhaust. Mostly.

I've never had coilovers on any car just lowered springs.
