36 year old, loved hondas a long time and drove and owned many 4g civics, my pride and joy was a white 1991 vti totally stripped out in an attempt to make it rally styleee

Always thought i'd own a prelude when i got a little older and chilled out some. Finally got one, just a standard 2.2 vti auto 5th gen. Full honda service, 62k on the clock, but its obviously took a tap to the front and rear so both bumpers dont fit properly, the moulded bumper parts where it screw to the chassis parts are cracked, snapped or broken....any useful tips for me when i try to refit them other than the cable ties that are on?
Hopefully get some pics and stuff up soon, already spent more than i paid for the car on new discs, pads, callipers and master cylinder....anyone need to buy a kidney or two? I'm pretty sure i dont need those

i also have a sister for sale, some old vinyl and my soul (slightly jaded) but as long as it helps me keep the lude on the road it's all good, right?

Welcome to LG bud
If you can't get the bumpers to fit properly, you can pick them up pretty cheap from a breaker, check the "cars breaking" forum and see what's about
If you're going to sell those items, make sure you check the forum rules first, you must have pictures for each item with your username on a piece of paper

may be interested in the sister pending pics and price

Welcome in, BFK
Good luck with the Lude
I think most people on here have a reasonable soul already. You'll probably offload the sister to someone though, as Mills implies...

Welcome to the forum and lude ownership, hope you enjoy both!
Sounds like you got a great buy there, bumps aside. Pics would be great when you get a chance.
If the holes on the bumpers are broken, you could try plastic welding them but for the sake of it, I'd agree with the others that you're probably just better off keeping eyes open and picking up replacements off a breaker. Might be able to pick them up for around £40 each?

The majority of us have already parted with most of our organs, so I doubt you'll find many buyers here
Welcome to the club by the way
