Hi, Andy at Competition Clutch UK here.

This is just a quick Hi to the forum whilst I wait for contact from the admins regarding sponsorship and trade account status :) - if whoever is in charge of that can drop me a email that would be awesome.

As most of you will know Competition Clutch are one of the leading clutch and flywheel performance brands in the world. You may not know that we are now working directly with the well-established UK clutch company CG Motorsport to help offer UK support and tech advice as opposed to our old US based service.

Currently our products are used across the UK and European racing scene with leading drivers, drifters and drag racers all using our clutches and flywheels to get the most from their vehicle.

In the run upto Christmas we are going to be heavily present online, as well as in leading sector magazines and in social media. With the aim of getting as many of our kits into cars as possible ready for the 2014 season - when we will be present at all the important Jap race days, ready to re-introduce you to the team and our clutches.

Let us know if you have any questions or comments about us and our products because we will be looking to heavily sponsor the most active forums in 2014. Giving away clutches, initiating group buys and sharing our experiences both on and off the track.

So watch this space, tech support, group buys and giveaways to follow….

Thanks
Andy

Brilliant! A clutch is one of the few components I'm yet to buy for my build, so I'll definitely be interested to see some specs and prices :)

And welcome to the club Andy 8)

Hi Andy, and welcome to the forum!

Not Prelude related, but I'll likely be needing a decent clutch for my project - it's a hybrid of parts so I'll be needing a pressure plate from an FTO and a friction disk from an S13 200SX (CA18DET engine) capable of ~300bhp and ~300lb-ft - is this something that you might be able to sort for me? :)

Welcome aboard Andy! Great introduction. :)

I may well be looking for something a bit special for my H22 Gen 3 conversion, so look forward to seeing what you have available. ;)

I too will be doing the Jap shows in 2014, & looking forward to seeing what time I get down Santa Pod with the new build! :vtec:

Best of luck, Andy

Hi guys, thank you for such a positive welcome. My main intention of coming here was to make sure no one had any outstanding issues with our clutches as some companies such as H-Tune are currently purchasing from outside the UK and customers are then not getting the same levels of customer support and after service care that our brand specializes in.

If anyone needs a clutch or flywheel please email me on andy@competitionclutch.co.uk and I will be happy to point you in the way of some of our leading UK based distributors who will sort you out with the best prices around for our product.

@CrunchyAdams82 we will definately be attending that show next year so look out for myself or Mick while your there, its always nice to see new friendly faces.

Thanks
Andy

This is definitely something we can sort out, you would have to come direct to us for this your best bet is to drop me a email on the link above when your ready to give this purchase the green light and I will source the parts for you.

Welcome along Andy. I too will be after a clutch and flywheel in the coming months. Id imagine you will probably do well here, as there is a lot of track builds going on atm. And i for one, will be using as many sponsors/traders from the forum as i can for various parts. :D
