Good evening. When you turn your lights on, the illumination for the clock and climate control dips to a reduced light output for night driving.
Could someone tell me what wire it is that sends the signal to dip this lighting? I drive in all conditions day and night with my sidelights on so other drivers can see me. But in the daylight I cannot see the climate illumination as it dims quite considerably. I want to put a switch inline so I can control whether it dips or not, like on the 4th gen.
Any pointers would be awesome.
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.
