hey just noticed there are some of these dial faces on ebay :D including the plasma type 8-)

quick update, today i have been playing around with aluminised plasic (placy mirror) and i does work (allows the light to find the new decals) now question is where can i find larger said mirror? :?
but im not in any hurry here as it isnt going to effect me on the 4g clocks :D
next bit - what method, i like NafemanNathans idea of spraying them. vinyl is cheap as chips, i may even be able to have them cut, awsome graphics are usefull here :D i will give them a try first. i used them whith a restoration project bike last summer, they used the photos of the bike in there advertising ,so he must owe me one (nice chap)

ok thread revival. changed my clock faces over to jdm ones, been having a look at the mph converted face i removed and yes it is possible to just simply print the face on to overhead projector film. the face has a blue backing for the colour, and a black face for the face to function. i have removed some of the black to check. it would be a simple task of just copying the original face in clear plastic, attach blue backing and print the face onto the film then attach to the face:D :D
gona have a go at the ones below to check this out.

you will have to take it off if you want to fit these
I have some of the 'plasma glow' dials on my 5g - like these...

The first time I fitted them onto my original Lude i removed the needles, but have now learnt that its not necessary. The centre holes in the white dials are large enough to fit without risking removing any of the needles. Its a bit of a patience tester but time well spent to ensure that all four clocks work properly afterwards.

Think that's about the price I paid for mine. Would highly recommend them too. I like the white faces anyway, and when illuminated look excellent. Variable brightness, and have a choice of green or blue backlighting. Let me know if anyone wants to see photos.
