3rd gen - best way to access dash bulbs?

Hey guys, what's the best way to get to the bulbs behind the instrument cluster on my '89?

Think it's pretty much the same as on an Accord of the same era... Remove the panel that faces the windscreen directly behind the cluster and that'll give you access to remove the cluster themselves. So you might even be able to access the bulbs without removing the cluster.
