How to fit seatbelt extender

only two ways
1)unstitch belt and then restitch it once fitted.
not so sure this is a good idea or if it is possible to do
2)slot the plastic bit on the belt butler where the belt runs on just enough to feed the belt in and then you can re-glue the slot - obviously dont cut the slot on bit where the belt sits cut at side or top

would need to be a passenger side belt and mechanism as i dont think you can use a drivers side one turned round
