I have them in my 4th gen. Fitted by previous owner, but believe using the 4g seat pans. They basically sit on the carpet, can't get your hand underneath them!

We can test it, have your seat as straight as possible and measure the height from the top of the headrest to the roof liner, i'll do the same in a couple of hours and report back.

Also from where the seat joins the back rest where it pivots from there to the roofliner

This will give a good idea.

hey, i'm in a 5th gen lol didn't you see my picture post on the 1st page :P....last night i didn't get home until late so didn't get a chance to do it.

Sorry mate yeah I was being thick :lol:
And there's no rush I have removed the 3 support springs for the time being until I can get something sorted but yeah if you can get a couple of measurements when you have time and il match them to mine to see how far out they are :D

i have them in a 5g and i have no problem with them at all the 5g bases are height adjustable anyway or at least the jdm ones are

Mine are adjustable to but if I adjust the seat pan down it only drops at the back so sinks my ass deaper into the seat but in doing that lifts my legs up closer to the bottom of the searing wheel I prob only need mine to be only an inch lower its frustrating :evil:

Bri dont you have an s2k seat for sale? not sure if you have a rail for it too...?

Top of the headrest to the ceiling 4.5 inches

From the Top of the windshield in front of the front visors to the top of the cushion is 30 inches

From the floor to the highest point of the front cushion is 8.5-9 inches

Sorry for the late reply mate I have just been out and taken the measurements of my seats and they match yours pretty much exactly :shock:
So I'm guessing I either I have a fatter arse than most people or it is simply down to the seat bases themselves :lol:
