Just a query about the 5th gen dash.
Just to the left of the steering wheel next to the control stick I have a hole that has a blanking cover in it.
Today I spotted a 5th gen which seems to have some sort of vent fitted there.
Just wondering what it was for ?

climate control temp sensor?

specifically climate control - aircon cars don't have it - they don't need to sense the temperature of the cabin - unlike climate.

Sorry, I forgot there's a difference.

This is the unit I meant...



If you have one of these ^^^ (Climate Controllers) then you'll have one.
