Put the end of the seatbelt through it? The end that doesn't going into the retracting mechanism.

Im not sure - it was a while ago i took it off....
I think youd probably have to unstitch the belt to fit it and then restich it once it was on - either that or you could cut a narrow slot in the belt butler loops and slip the belt in ;)

I'm not so sure that you could ever use that, as the bracket will not go through the loop; unstiching is an option, though not too sure how safe that would be?

doesn't it split into 2 halves the black bit with the bolt through so you can remove the loop
