Yep, I used the Pet Vax, we've got. Luverly jubberly 8-) Should be much easier to do with the carpet out of the car. I did it on the one day we got sunshine in the NW  Didn't fancy drying a car out during the rainy times ;)

My parents are buying a new carpet cleaner this week, so they gave me their old Bissell one :D it's worked a treat, although the suction isn't as good as the wet/dry vac I used before. Wicked bit of kit though, the carpet is smelling nice and fresh now :) I've left it out in the sun to dry, hopefully should be done soon!

I was a car valeter for 4 and a half years (my uncle has his own buisness too) and from experience the charles / Henry vax machines, some elbow grease, good scrubbing brush and the right chemicals you can get most marks off carpets.

My megane i stripped the carpets out of and vaxed them 4 times in the space of a week (have to wait for them to dry to see where you missed / need to go again) Its pretty simple and easy, and ill gladly help anyone with the chemicals etc to use and how to do it if needed :D
