Yep. Fender liners, side skirts. Due to the air intake on the drivers side, the front bumper had to come off too, else you can't get to the bolts holding on the fenders. And then yes, finally, the fenders themselves.
Potentially, you could do it just by removing the fender liners, and keep the side fenders on, but it's going to be a tight squeeze like that.
