eeerrr leather from a cow i would have thought. sorry couldnt help myself. try email to
sales@leather-hides.co.uk his name is anthony
most hides are the same, just different grades depending on use. most automotive hides are from zeeboo (dont know how its spelt) an african type of cow, only cheaper than usual leather but leather all the same, unless its expensive leather for expensive cars.
anthony could suply you too
my uncle was going to do 4g seats to sell, but was diagnosed with bowl cancer middle last year, he is spending his time building a kitcar (sold his porsche) as this is something he always wanted to do, so i never bothered him about the seats again, but if he recovers (ha get it)

oops sorry

This may be random, but top quality leather used by Rolls Royce etc. is called Connolly leather.

I wonder how much it'd cost to get some Connolly leather seats made up for the Lude...

duno, but the leather (automotive) to cover a complete 4g seat set comes out to around £180, not bad if you know a someone who can do it (£180 new seats
