i cant get an album started? what am i missing?

yeah I uploaded 1 but wanted to change it,

he means the webite banner gallery you can add pics to so they appear at the top

its the member album i can get started. got a profile so not too worried lol...

Go to the main Gallery Page, in the top right, click 'Your Album' - it should say in the middle, ADD A PHOTO

When you view the picture you want to change, what permissions do you see on the left?

There's no 'remove' or 'edit' items.
