I assume addresses etc. are appropriately stored? I don't even like putting my address in Amazon

As appropriately as anywhere else on the tinternet. Once every year, we try and leave a memory stick copy on the 1023 London to Brighton train and we only openly publish the database with a guy in Nigeria, so we should be ok.
