Thanks for the comments guys, it really is mental to drive!!

Merlin - I meant it is cost effective because I already had all the B-series drivetrain :) I use B-series mounts, fly, clutch, box, shafts etc etc. The only H-series part is the engine which is quite cheap to buy and has a lot of stock power, in stock form. I hadn't envisaged going crazy on it hahaha

I also prefer the feel of the b-series box and engagement. Also didn't need to cut my floor pan etc. for the shifter cables etc and I wont have issues with 5th gear grinding :) I could have used any b-series box but I had the Y21 from the sol so bung a Quiafe LSD in that and roger's your father's uncle

Kool thanks. I read it as the B series box was able to liberate more WHP :?. What is the WHP out of interest? So the crux of H2B conversions is simply that its easier to get everything in the car as its only the engine that's swapped out?

Plus you have more choices of ratios in b boxes.
Lets see how well the skinny b series shafts/joints deal with that extra torque.
Im sure theyll be fine though.

Looks really tidy indeed.

Isn't a Sol a little wobbbbbly for that sort of power?
