I don't think so, mine does not have it either, I think it's a fan switch, as I know ECT switch A is one.

As Merc said double check your earths, especially the one at the thermostat housing, and double check the plug firing order, the diagram in the manual shows the dizzy upside down!

Finally got it running, anfter two weeks of troubleshooting, I ended up swapping out the engine loom for another one I had and it fired up

So drove the Accord home today had CEL codes, puled it using the jumper on the service connector. Got two codes one for ECT sensor and the ELD. The car was very restrictive on the drive home think this could be down to the ECT sensor
