So last August got my hands on following wehicle as runaround / winter beater.
Briefly:
  • 2007
  • 2.0 petrol + LPG
  • almost leather interrior
  • OEM 16" wheels with Michelin summer tyres + 1 season old Michelin winter tyre set
  • some cosmetic flaws
  • bought from first and only owner in Latvia (in 2007 rolled out local dealership)
  • heated seats, dual climate, cruise, headlight washers, rain sensor, folding mirrors and small other bits and pieces which comes as a base setup for that car
  • 248k KM on dash
  • slight rust in rear arches, boot lid (under the wing which is kinda weak spot for all facelift Accord tourers) and mystical spot on front right door in the middle
  • everything except driver's seat bottom heat element is working properly
  • fuel consumption is pleasant - according to dash - 10.6l/100km, according to full lpg tank - 9.1 in the city
a couple of pics just after purchase:

since purchase done so far:
- changed battery
- tinted windows
- full service (fluids, filters, spark plugs, etc)
- obtained set of nice wheels for this summer

To be done:
  • freshen up paintjob in affected areas
  • perform anti corrosion treatment
  • drive and enjoy
this will not be modified. Prelude is meant for that

also purchased a little toy:

conclusion - works really well, reads any SD card and USB drive, AUX has quality good enough and plugs in OEM CD changer socket so all the controls works perfectly as they are intended to

got a good deal and decided to go for bigger wheels for summer - Enkei Evos 17" 8J ET37 with Pirelli Cinturato 215/50/17 tyres.
sand blasted and power coated the wheels as condition in terms of paintjob was really bad, hence the price
don't have proper pictures yet, as no brake calliper refresh has been done, but meanwhile jus some phone photos:

I think no need for adapter plates to bring wheels further out of arches:

that's it for now, since yearly MOT is coming and Prelude has the upper hand for mods over family car

Today fixed the glitchy rear left door issue - sometimes lock didn't work properly, so my initial diagnose was the common actuator problem.
However - the real issue was broken wire. to be fair - 4 of 10 wires:

4 more had the isolation broken, so decided to cut all of them , lengthen the wires to avoid soldering within moving part and put everything back together.

the right side was better - just 2 broken and 3 drokked, but as of one labour decided to fix that as well.
overall cost - 0, since I had the correct gauge wires and soldering gun at home :)

So everyone driving CM/CN Accords - if you have issues with rear door lock, just check the cables, perhaps you can avoid unnecessary purchase of parts that aren't really broken :)

meanwhile, just a phone pic after MOT:

Got it in local internet store, but those are available in eBay and aliexpress as well.

Connects to OEM CD changer socket with corresponding plug - so all controls work as intended. The only thing - this does not show song name, but that's expected, since it utilizes CD changer ;)

Got new status and therefore a new sticker on the back (the right one).

Also as the roads are getting a bit icy in the morning, switched wheels to winter set.

After summer set this brings tears to my eyes :D

For full winter readiness, just an oil change is left.
