Hi
Can you tell what its required for doing a B20 Vtec and keeping the Auto Tranny and the 4WD
the little that i know with the B20 Vtec is that you can used:
B18 or B16 Head and that is pretty much what i know.

Cheers

Ok. We did it on a manual crv mk1 using the golden eagle conversion kit. That's the head gasket oil line, dowel etc. Then used a b18c5? GSR head and cams retaining b20 distributor (2 legs cut off)

We used a chipped p08(p28) ecu with obd2a harness and crome to tune it.

We nearly got caught out with the p/s. We had to use the pump and bracket from the b20 head. Also HT leads from a H22A lol

That's all off the top of my head. Not sure if I got the ps the right way round...but we had to swap the bracket I remember.

Not sure on ecu. But I think you would be still able to chip an auto p08 ecu coz u can easy convert ecu to manual. The p08 is from a delsol sohc vtec.

 that is a lot of what i had in mind that would be to do a B20-Vtec

But still though i will do it :D not for a 12 or 10s 1/4 mile, but only for having it for fun and to be reliable :D

You can of course use the b16 head and intake. we had an ITR copy intake already so used that. A proper b16/b18 distributor is a better fit though than a chopped b20.

OK.

The only part that i´m checking is that i didnt knew that you have to drilled to the B16 or B18 Head for the oil distribution
