2020 Post lockdown remap at Torque Developments in Essex
In a nutshell, no one wants to or can remap the HKS flash editor except for Torque Developments in essex. Now they did have issues with the software no reading and then only reading in japanese so i left it with them for a month for them to sort and voila its making 112bhp and 100lbft. Much better fueling and all of this on a lower boost pressure than what the HKS map does.

Image

The faint grey line is the stock HKS GT100R map at 1.2 bar.
The next line up is Custom map 1 at 1bar of boost and then after than is map 2 at 1.2bar of boost. For reliability and heat im using the low boost mode. There isnt much in it but definately a peakier torque on the high boost but its only a 660cc engine. The rods are the size of your finger.

Drive so much better now. Linear power and boost from 3k to 7k. 0-60mph in 8,5seconds. Nothing massive but so much fun.

March 2021 - Spoon brakes and number plate improvment

Ive not been happy with how the number plate sits on the liberty walk bumper, the LB bumper sharply crease in the very middle and no where ideal to install it and remove it easily.
Well much thinking and i used this solution. Now it sits flush.

Before

The idea is to lean it back and contour it to the grill.
Image
Drilled 2 holes in the actual plate for a screw to fasten through and go into these red tabs that slot into the grill mesh and expand when the screw enter it. (giggidy).
Image

Bend the plate a little.

Voila

Onto the Spoon brakes. All brake lines changed to braided Spoon lines.
The front brakes are 260mm solid discs from stock. Spoon brakes are 260mm vented discs with a 4 pot monoblock caliper. Motul RBF600 fluid and spoon pads. Very sexys and very sharp now they are bedded in.

Are you in the UK? Depends on what exhaust you have, I got both exhaust parts from a UK based supplier.

It's all in this thread on a previous page.

You have to use the PCB valve NOT the intake like the Japanese do.
You do get vapour in the intake side but you get full on blow by in the PCV side. I empty it every oil change and I get around 200ml of black oiley, petrol sludge in the can.
