He!
I just looked for the invoice what length I got but cant find it.
Think i got 2" wide and 15'
I wrapped it pretty tight together and had some left but did not do the whole length of the downpipe as it was already wrapped.
But 15' will get you around the corner and down under the oilpan.

Thanks Gb :)

not managed to get round to rotating the turbo oil ports yet..
But I've got the pipe I need to extend the downpipe :)

Image

So took it out to get everything cut for a good fit, first up is the bend that was cut from the V-band

Image

The bend was to much so matched it up and roughly guessed the best place to cut.. Turns out I guessed perfect & got a good cut

Image

Image

Taped up with lecky tape to hold in place just now

Image

And how the top half is going to look overall :)
Image

Image

Need to take the flange off the downpipe that bolts to the decat and rotate a few degrees to match the Bottom half perfectly with the top, so will more than likely get it all welded up on Saturday night and test fit :)

And the new backdoor intercooler arrived yesterday :)

Image

Look at that beautiful craftsmanship :)

Image

Going to fit this tomorrow if the weather is good (Lol doubt it though).

Also got a socketed p28 as the one I bought with the original turbo kit turned out to be a virgin ecu lol.

That's all for now, will update when more progress is made :)

Cool! Nice work!
That IC is very thick! Needs alot of flow so make sure you duct the air into it.
Ecu is a bonus! Important you get it set up right!
Curious to see figures and it running!

Yeah its mega thick :)
It fitted now and it will have plenty flow, but I'm worried it's going to be too big for the power it's going to be..
Untill the block is build anyway lol

Still to get everything else on and the rad need moved to the centre a little bit with a bit of the slam panel cut away..
But it will be a nice tight & short route for the charge pipes

Go big or go home right?

Only thing this will result in is a bit of lag..
untill the block is able to push over 350/400bhp with a bigger turbo, which won't be too long.

Should still spool quick enough with this smaller turbo on just now
